A bit of help here, Pat & Rolly.....
Same Tru-Spec Tiger but with two different color tone. The shirt has scattered "Tiger Stripe Products" printed onto it's pattern and has sharper color contrast than the pants which are more subdued but no printing of "Tiger Prod." What gives? Should I have the shirt changed to match the pants or have the pants changed to match the shirt ....which is the right pattern here?

Tiger Stripe Products licenses its pattern to other manufacturers, namely ATLANTACO / Tru-Spec. The fabric used for the shirt is made by TSP while the pants was with the licensed design with the Tru-Spec fabric.
BTW, even the desert tigerstripes have a distinct difference. The ones made by Tiger Stripe Products were lighter with some sage green in the pattern. The ones manufactured by Tru-Spec is mostlly tan and khaki.

Thanks Pat, was looking for the H harness but they were sold out. Should've taken some pics of the shop, maybe you'd recognise some stuffs there. They also sell German and Russian surplus and new. Been looking for some Fritz helmet with SS decals too.

James, these are post vietnam tigerstripes.
There are several known patterns for the pattern, what you have there is close to the john wayne dense pattern. That will do for games but not for collecting.
With regards to the SS collection, a friend here in Manila has the ompletes set.

Yes, I've seen photos of the Manila Nazi group playing.
Still waiting for the Airsoft Convention for this year, they sell everything there from surplus, re-enactment materials to the latest military stuffs, am hoping I would be able to attend, will post photos then.
@ Rolly, Will make an announcement here in case you are interested.
My problem is still should I have the set with high contrast with "Tiger Stripe Products" imprinted within the pattern or the more subdued washed out pattern? Advice me on that both of you. I'd have to make another run to Taipei just to have either the shirt or the pants changed!

I will go for the top, change the pants. If it has the print TSP then these are definitely post war. Like I said these will do for games. Check out tadpole, sparse, silver or golden tiger stripes at the show if they have them. Try nakata shoten or moore militaria. They make very nice repros but are expensive. I am looking to get the gold pattern locallly. I have ordered it, should be in next week.
Yes there are WWII reenactors in the other forums and my friend joins them once in a while but he has not taken his original SS uniform out. You can only see it if he wants to show it which to me is an honor.
The dress looks really very nice.i like that kind of dress with some light green color and with checks. professor's dress is also good and mix of three colors.

I think this will be my green-based gear. It doesnt have a lot of room for pouches and whatnot so I have to be smart in what items to carry and leave other items in my second line gear.
Moved over the M14 pouches, the large SAW pouches over to the side and the MOLLE buttpack on the back. No room for the IFAK and the small GP pouch. Unlike the ISAAK rig (which I had before but foolishly sold), this has no back panel so I have to carry a backpack or the Camelbak separately.
My latest acquisition: I thought I was done buying gear for airsoft but I guess not. When a screaming deal comes your way, take it! Price for this Blackhawk rig? A measely $20.
Good for you Pat, been trying to get my hands on a Spear Vest but no luck yet. The only original US I saw here is asking for more than NT$40,000 ...ouch.
Had ordered the G&P copy but no idea of the cost. My OD Condor chest rig and pouches hasn't arrived yet, been a long time now.
