Repro heavy duty gloves with the buckle. It comes in black or tan. I think Mr Smith was using one.
Airmen nomex gloves are more expensive. I used for rappeling but stitches came off, also had a bad case of rope burn. |

One good jumping weekend deserves another...
Enjoying a slow and smooth slide..
This time around, it was Karla, Con and Mary who joined us atop the platform.
With Con's encouragement, Rey learns how to invert..
.. while Abs goes "Look Ma, no hands!"
Rey seems comfortable enough inverted.. he looks like he's sleeping upside down!
I think he got stuck!

Actually.. Rey managed to get down well enough..
..notwithstanding a little snagging of the pants with the rope. He did experience some difficulty going back to upright position because the makeshift sling harness slid the attachment point nearer to the knees, making him top heavy (this can be seen in the last two pictures above). The instance makes for good example for study of rappelling contingencies.

| Sir Rex, I was able to find a couple of seatbelt harnesses yesterday sa mga auto surplus shop. Wala pa silang available na towing harness, balikan ko sa monday to check. |
